Rebecca is the Executive Director of the Accelerate Leadership Center. Prior to joining the Tepper School, Rebecca worked at Comcast within their Talent & Learning Organization. She was responsible for enterprise-wide change management strategies, culture and employee listening initiatives, and employee growth and development experiences. As the Tri-State Senior Director of Sales at Comcast Advertising, Rebecca also led, developed, and trained award-winning sales teams before moving into the talent space.
Rebecca earned an MBA from St. Joseph's University and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania. Rebecca is a certified professional coach with the International Coach Federation, graduating from Duquesne University's Coach Certification Program.

Jack serves as the Academic Program Manager at Carnegie Mellon University’s Accelerate Leadership Center. He supports the ALC’s data strategy, operations, and budget along with programming such as the Leadership Development Certification, Dean’s Scholars Program, and the new Board Fellows Program. Jack holds a Master's Degree in Education Administration from Franciscan University of Steubenville.

Natalie Kindler is a leadership coach specializing in strengths-based development with extensive experience in leadership development within higher education. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths coach, she guides and empowers students to harness their unique talents and achieve their full potential. Natalie’s personalized approach fosters self-awareness and confidence, helping students excel in their academic, professional, and personal endeavors. Natalie holds a M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University.

For the past decade, Jarred has worked with leaders at all levels, from those in a multi-billion dollar global organization, to startup entrepreneurs, to influential leaders who have innate ability while possessing no formal title. He also brings seven years of experience teaching at three universities, including Carnegie Mellon's Heinz College. While working in the business environment, he developed a burning desire to equip the next generation of leaders with the skills necessary to successfully lead and inspire others. Jarred has certifications in multiple leadership programs and assessments, and has a master of science in industrial/organizational psychology from Marshall University.

Laura has been a key player in the development and delivery of the Accelerate Leadership Center's offerings since its founding in 2012, serving both as instructor and leadership coach. She contributes a deep knowledge of leadership development pedagogy and understands the current leadership needs of corporations. Laura's passion is helping individuals identify their talents and discover the means to achieve success. Prior to joining the Tepper School, Laura worked as a consultant and coach with DDI, a corporate trainer with UPMC, and a career counselor at the University of Pittsburgh. She holds a master of science in counseling psychology from Chatham University.

With over fifteen years of experience in higher education, Michelle has taught, developed programming, and served in a variety of administrative roles for both graduate and undergraduate programs. She holds a master of art in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master of fine art in creative writing, poetry from Carlow University.
