Access your Concur (CTP’s online tool) profile through the ‘Log in to SMART Portal/Concur’ link on the CMU Travel Information page . After registering your travel with CTP, ISOS will automatically receive your travel itinerary. No further action is necessary.
2. Download the ISOS Assistance App
Desktop Users: The Google Play store will not work with your CMU Google account. Ensure you are logged into a non - Andrew affiliated Google account, preferably one used by your mobile device.
3. Forward an itinerary on behalf of a traveler:
